  1. Do you smoke a lot of cigarettes every day? Do you feel you can’t do with out smoking one? If yes, then you are addicted to smoking. I was in a similar situation, I could not do without 15 cigarettes a day, I regarded them as a stress buster. I needed my daily smoking hypnosis app.
